After reading a bad review I was a bit hesitant, however after my appointment with him I was blown away! He was not only meticulous but explained ever...y step he was doing. He kept me informed of everything and was very detailed, he also gave me the “expectation vs reality” talk which not many stylists do. He took long but was knowledgeable of what he was doing and was taking the time to perfect the look I wanted. I’m in love with my hair and will continue to book with him! Show more

I always have an amazing experience with Mario he is an excellent hair stylist. Really looks out for your best interest and takes care of my hair so i...t doesn’t feel like gum or brutal he’s bleached it many times and love his $100 Brazilian blowouts! I always recommend Mario to whom every I meet that wants to get their hair done because he done an amazing job. I get Shocked to whom ever says bad things about his work he is sweet and is willing to works with you. You will not regret going with him. I am the pickiest when it comes to my hair and I have been going hairdressers to hairdresser because they damage my hair and don’t give me the desired look Or rip me offi can’t stress this enough please contact him you will not regret it! Mario is an amazing stylist!! I’ve had a journey of a lot of hairstylists and none are as patient, caring and friendly as Mario. Mario’s prices on his... services are more than fair. He uses the BEST products and even asks if you want to add things on before he adds them. You can tell that Mario really studies his craft and cares about his clients. He is willing to work with you until you are happy! So glad I could be honest with him and get me to my exact desired look. Love the energy that he has in the salon. Great conversationalist and always has upbeat music to set a positive vibe. I am so happy I finally found a stylist I can trust! Mario is really nice and extremely patient but I wouldn’t go back due to my first time experience. I arrived there a day after my original appointment.... He cancelled on me because he claimed he had food poisoning but he talked about doing a perm the day before (the same day he cancelled). I did not say anything but I should’ve called him out on his lie. It’s almost 3PM. A repeat client comes in and he sits me to the side so the bleach can stay in my hair for a bit. This repeat client gets her hair dyed, trimmed and styled way before me. I understand that my hair takes a lot longer, but you’d assume he would want to be more attentive to a first time client and a client he cancelled on and clearly lied to. He claims that he takes a lot longer to be a perfectionist but that’s not the case at all. He is just procrastinating or just giving his repeat clients more attention. Now at this point I’m waiting for my bleach hair to absorb the hair dye. Then his mom comes and he starts dying her hair!!!! He said the dye should sit in my hair 15-20 minutes. I was with the dye for 30-40 minutes because he started dying his moms hair. Absolutely unacceptable. I am fed up at this point so I asked for my hair to be washed and to blow dry it. I’m ready to pay what I owe. I originally wanted and requested for a full bayalage which says $200, right? He says “I didn’t do a full bayalage, I did a platinum touch up which costs $220” I’m in disbelief because i was not informed about this platinum touch up he was planning on doing. We had a conversation about doing bayalage and somewhere in between the day he just decided to change his mind and did whatever he wanted? And not even tell me he was doing a platinum touch up and it was going to cost $20 more. I would not recommend coming here at all. The reviews posted on here are unreliable. People please don’t waste your time and money. Show more

Hi Carina my prices always start at a minimum rate if you have a lot of hair the prices goes up, also your hair was a different situation you had box dye and I had to use a lot of product to lift it better than what the minimum product. Usually my prices for a color correction are 350$ and up, I only charged you 20$ more because we weren’t able to go over pricing in detail, but I understand where your thought process was I can offer you a free haircut to make up for this inconvenience! Love and appreciate your business 😘 I have left messages and phone calls to you to c if maybe I can refund your 20$ or give you a brazillian but I have not yet heard back from you. Please reach back when ever possible my name and my brand is my #1 priority!
