My last experience was unprofessional. I had a 11:45 appointment and waited 40 minutes and she never showed up or called me. Now I got a message of ma...king a $25 deposit for future services when I was not the person that stood someone up. If anything I should’ve received a call or message from her saying “I apologize for the no show and I will give you a discount on your next service for the inconvenience; instead of the message of making a deposit.” Thanks again. For one you have me confused with someone else I only booked with you twice one on May 4th where I gave you a good review and this was my second appointment I booked with you and you flaked on my appointment. Thanks for showing your future clients of the service they would be receiving with you. FYI future clients two appointments ever booked with her. That’s a screen shot from the Booksy site. I’m not harassing you but you are not going to talk to my husband recklessly. If you have a problem with that you have my number hood rat ass girl. This could’ve went a better route, but you want to act like a ignorant hood rat ass girl. Good customer service would’ve been to call the person and find out what happened and then rectify what was the problem instead of insulting ppl who is not the person you are referring him to. I see you are dumb as well you can’t read. If you looked at the picture he has uploaded it happened July 6th not this weekend. He wasn’t even going to write a review until he got an alert saying you need to put a deposit down on your next appointment. Show more

You’re the same person that no showed Twice before that appt. I never not showed up you called and I said I was picking my food up in the next shopping center. You then said you had to leave. You wasn’t going to wait. I hate ole lying ass coward ass man. No deposit no service idc if you’ve came before my family has to pay a deposit as well. You don’t get special treatment rules is rules. you then called me when you got there I said I was picking up food. Which was next door and Your lying ass said naw I ain’t waiting. You had to go I’ll just resch was your exact words. You never waited no 40 mins lying ass. How can I no show you when I had 7 other ppl on my sch. With one client Under the dryer while I left to get my food. you’re a clown make it make since. On top of me never receiving his deposit I still confirmed his appt. without the deposit he mention that he never paid by the way and still got a confirmation. st8 foolishness then had his wife calling and harassing me because I called him out on his lies. This hood rat is damn near booked this weekend. 🙌🏾! It was a coward move and you know. If you displayed the truth. You’re absolutely right it could have went another route. You have a good one good luck. I’m good on my end..✌🏾! But I’m the hood rat🤦🏾‍♀️
