Acrylic nails

Not the best first impression, first-time customer booked an appointment it was scheduled at 2 p.m. got call to cancel, was it 1:11 p.m. I was already... on my way to the appointment needless to say. Second appointment cancelled Less Than 3 hours notice. N never received the service so cannot recommend. Based on my experience I would not recommend. 0 Stars would best describe the situation.
