I was really willing to try someone new out but I realized today that I need to stick to people I know. I booked an appointment on here and about an h...our before my apt. She reached out to me & said she couldn’t take me because she had other clients. That was understandable sometimes apps double book. That’s fine I told her it was A Ok! She text me around 120 and said her appointment cancelled if I still needed them done. Well why not I was going to give at a try and I didn’t start work til 7. She came a little bit late but no biggie I had just got back a little bit before am there was traffic. She got there had everything she needed! Cool! She needed a little bit of time to eat I let her do what she had to do. I waited about another 10 mins for her to come in & she still had to set up. Alright time is being a little pressed but whatever I needed my nails done. She finally finished setting up at about 345 we finally start. And she asked me what time I had to be done by I told her 5 pm. Which. I was pushing it but I knew I had til 530 ish. I gave myself a 30 min cushion in my head. she said no problem I’ll have you done by then. I thought ok cool it takes about an hour n 15/30 for a full set. About 5 mins in she’s FaceTiming someone and then complains to me about how they didn’t answer & im like ok whatever maybe she needs to talk to them. Again she calls them. And about 2 mins after that she calls her friend regular to tell them why they didn’t answer her face time. Ok whatever please just keep going at this point. So about 15 mins pass and she tries face timing someone else. Now this happened about 4 times with different people. So my sister in law comes up because she’s going to get her nails done too and she asks her if she does hair. She said yes have your daughter come up so she can give her an assessment. In my head I’m thinking wtf and Why! You are supposed to be doing my nails bout doing an assessment. So my niece comes up and she STOPPED mid nail while adding powder & starts touching and braiding her hair!!!! Mind you it was 445 by this time and I should have Been about to start getting my polish on or close to that! NO!! She still wasn’t done because she kept stopping for non professional things! I waited about 10 more mins before she actually start again. She finished adding the powder and it’s about 505 she asked me what time did I have to leave I said 5 but it’s coo. So now she’s starting to rush &&& what seems like a half ass job because I see how my nail lady does my nails. And she didn’t do half the stuff my nail lady does! NOW her life partner FaceTimes her and she answers and stays on the phone for like 20 mins So we get to the NAIL POLISH. Well baby!!! When I tell you I never had an experience like this! I have NEVER!! My nails were so clumpy && lumpy & granted she offered to come back the next day to “file” my nails because the nail polish was EVERYWHERE it WASNT suppose to be but they were so terrible I was just like I’m good luv! I filed my nails myself to a some what decent. She was very nice don’t get me wrong but a lot of stuff is very unprofessional. And for being someone who has done nails supposedly for a long time and went to school doing them for 9 years. This was AWFUL. I paid her. But never again I believe I deserve my money back but I’ll just take this L. 2 stars only cause she was nice and had a nice yellow
