The guy review under mines is not accurate. I was present during his experience at the shop. He got exactly what he ask for. He loved his Haircut. Was... smiling ear to ear. Didn’t ask for any changes. Said he loved the haircut then preceded to pay and leave… He then returned 10mins later to say that his “WIFE” didn’t approve of the haircut lol and asked the barber to interrupt his busy schedule to give him another cut for free. Wood told him he would accommodate him after his schedule cleared for the day. The guy said perfect and left. Then his “WIFE” left the review you see below smh lol 😂 Everybody knows Wood Cuts are the best in the city🔥 Show more

I would live a 0 start review if possible horrible customer service and I ended up with a horrible hair cut that I didn’t ask for. The price was so ex...pensive and the results are trash. I have cuts all over my neck. Never coming back to this trashy place. We drive 2 hrs for nothing. The last picture shows what my husband ask for an it looks nothing like it. The fact that he didn’t take the time to even try to get what he ask for. I’m the pissed wife writing this. That doesn’t take the fact that the haircut is horrible go back to get a professional who can teach you how to do your job right and without hurting your clients and leaving them looking like trash and with cuts all over the neck.
