Well, just saying, Jessica is hands down very knowledgeable & caring beautician, knows her stuff, will listen to your ideas, but will add hers too. Sh...e's been my hair gal like 4 yrs now, I've always got a perm or highlights, but she helped me to embrace my grey highlights & cut my hair a lot shorter, getting all the dead perm off, it feels & looks so much better!
