Los is a great barber however, I communicated w/ Los the day before my appointment to just show what I wanted and expected for my next haircut. Next d...ay, booked and he cuts my hair but it doesn't FEEL right (ifykyk) and low and behold it was not what I had asked for so, I decided since it was unsalvageable... to shave it all off; buzz cut. I contacted him later about a refund and he didn't give me one solely based off the fact I expressed it wasn't up to "my expectations" which was a nice way of saying he messed up BAD (didn't want to embarrass him). Gaslit me into thinking the initial cut he gave me was what I asked for, definitely was not and I even sent another image later from the resources I sent to Los just to make sure we were on the same page, Los didn't reply or react. I do appreciate him and his craft but, this recent sesh? He was def off his game. Show more

Im not off my game , you want a hair style you dont have the hair texture for, you mad cuz your hair grows funny , you wanted something different then what i give you , but you want a cut thats your incapable of getting, not really my fault, but you handle the situation dramatically n said shave it off, that on you brah
