Salon was small and cute. Everything was great until I straightened it my hair after my cut. I have a triangle chunk missing behind my face frame. And... she’s saying this is a face frame. Girl.. I know what a face frame is and it’s not chunks of hair missing two inches behind the face frame.. I thought ranine knew what she was doing by reviews but I was wrong. But we can look at the pictures and tell she butchered some layers into my hair. I’ve had layers before and know this is not how it should look. Paying $35 for you to blow dry my hair and curl the ends with curlers to hide the damage was not okay.. thank you for a waste of $80 and ruining how I look for the next year! Show more
