Daymari is great and her work is impeccable. Highly recommend.
This is absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life! Daymari and Abigail do such an outstanding job. I’ve been getting the BIAB, which... lasts 3–4 weeks, and my natural nails have grown so long. The colors are gorgeous, the shape is always perfect, and the finish is so smooth and flawless that my natural nails look like acrylic tips—but they’re all mine! I really wanted to love this salon at first, I did. The atmosphere is nice and the service seemed good. But over time, I noticed a pattern of inconsis...tent pricing and unexpected add-ons that weren’t explained until checkout. I was charged $85 for a pedicure with no real massage included at that price point, a 15-minute massage should be standard. I had an emergency with my dog and had to cancel last-minute, I even sent her proof of my dog in the vet hospital. I had already paid for the service through classpass, but the owner tried to make me pay again if I wanted to reschedule. After some back and forth, she allowed me to reschedule, but when I returned, I was given a rushed 40-minute pedicure even though the service description says it should be 1.5 hours. When I asked about the massage, the assistant told the owner (in Spanish) that she had already given me one, which she hadn’t. The owner told her to just give me a “little” massage. Unfortunately, it feels like the customer experience and transparency aren’t prioritized here anymore. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. Show more

Thank you for your review after few months of services. Prices change depending on the services performed, and you can see them in the Square link. You paid points (not $85) with the ClassPass app for a SPA Gel pedicure 4 steps, and you should also check their cancellation policies. Salons typically charge extra for massage time. Even so, the pedicure was done and a massage was applied with the mask and also the scrub, and what I told her was to give her an extra massage with the cream at the end (not a small massage). If you want a professional massage, we are not licensed to do that. You cancelled several appointments on the same day (1 hour before), and we have a cancellation policy that you agree before make the appointment. Unfortunately, some people get upset when rules and limits are apply to them.
Daymari is an amazing nail tech! She helped me transition from acrylic nails to my natural ones, and I am so happy with her work. Definitely recommend... her gel manicures! ¡Daymari es una increíble técnica de uñas! We're sorry you felt that way because we weren't able to perform any services. I fell ill that morning and I email you in advance (I didn't have your phone number). When you arrived in the afternoon, my colleague was working on her scheduled appointments and couldn't help you with the service. I explained my emergency again over the phone and offered you the option to reschedule, but you declined and asked for her points back from Classpass, which were returned to her that same day.
Jennifer did such an amazing job! She actually paid attention to detail and my feet are the softest they've been in a long time! I showed her a inspo ...photo for my toenails and she delivered!!! She was careful with the gel polish removal which is great. She even got to the edges of my nails like this girl really did the most to make sure my toes were cleaned well & I appreciate it so much!!! ☺️👍🏽 Gracias Jenniferrrr!!! The space itself was really clean and they had Luis Miguel playing.. such a vibe 🫶🏽 I got french tip gel pedicure with callus remover and the jelly! I just moved into the area and was on the search of a new nail place. Daymari blew me away! First, her color selection is incredible. She literally ha...s every color in the book! Second, her skills! My nails have never looked so good! My polish with her has lasted up to 4 weeks! I went back cuz I needed to get my nails trimmed, no chip! I work at a MedSpa, run a chaotic household, and have a toddler. I def expected some chipping due to my lifestyle. My nails are so strong now and people are always commenting on how great they look. Don’t think twice, you’ll never regret coming here. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She’ll flip my hand upside down multiple times to make sure it’s perfection at every angle. The owner of the place makes up her own prices when you show her an inspo picture. The girls in there ask her about everything. They even asked if the...y can go to the cabinet to get the acrylic color I wanted? The owner wanted to charge $120 for yellow medium French duckies. That’s actually insane. I ended up getting short white French and they charged me $90!!!!! Jennifer was really sweet and she took her time with cuticle work. I got my nails done may 23rd and today is June 4th. My thumb has already fallen off. I peeled it off because it was halfway lifted. Although she was sweet the prices are ridiculous and the retention is not there. You would think after 4 hours I would have nails that at least last two weeks. I attached pictures for reference. I work a typing job and do not use my nails as tools. I’m pissed honestly. Support small business and go to an at home nail tech instead!!! Show more

Thanks for your feedback. My prices are online. If you show an inspiration photo, the nail art must be included. I don't think you know the Spanish for what they asked me about the display case and acrylic. You don't wear your nails and you work as a typist? You were angry from the moment you arrived at the salon. Make sure the one that charges you cheap in their home has the proper licenses, studies, and permits.
I had such a great experience at this salon suite! The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I got my pedicure done and couldn’t be happi...er with the results—perfect shape, flawless polish, and attention to every little detail. The service was top-notch and super professional. I felt so pampered the whole time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality nail work and a peaceful atmosphere! Show more
