Having extensions by Tyler which I LOVED from the get go...well every picture tells a story. They became horribly matted with my stringy baby fine nat...ural hair resulting in a hard tight ball of a rats nest so close to my scalp I had headaches. I wanted to cut the ball out! Tyler to the rescue! He was tenacious, understanding, careful and confident. Yes he was able to release the matted mess. I left without a bald spot and beautiful hair again. You will love this man!
