What an odd experience. I booked online and walked in. He doesn’t introduce himself. Just mentions I booked on Booksy and started walking. I followed ...him back. Little to no talk but it’s about the cut. I’ve never experienced anything like what happened next. His fingers kept running across my lips and every now and then would slide on the underside of my lip while he was using the trimmers. It was really gross. Every barber I’ve ever gone to, keeps their fingers away from the mouth. So I pay for a cut, beard+razor. He didn’t actually use the razor to shave. He only used it for the lineup and no shaving cream. I came home, looked at my neck. It’s off on one side. He didn’t use the blade on the neck, just the trimmers. I tip because I was raised to tip. Would I go back? No. After seeing his response, my normal barber has never cancelled. He just runs late. And in regards to the back of my neck, I said do what you think is best. In regards to shaving cream, you shouldn’t have to ask for it. It’s a bare blade. In order to not burn the skin, shaving cream should be used. Done arguing but don’t appreciate a reply to my review to be lies. Show more

Customer is always right! As a Barber sometimes while lining the beard with razor my pinky may have touched his lip! I don’t use razors on the neck unless they ask! I don’t use shaving cream to line up beard! If I would have know he wanted the razor on the neck then shaving cream would have been necessary! There’s a reason we give you the mirror to make corrections if you feel like something isn’t right! You came in complaining about your normal barber and this may be the reason your normal barber cancels on you! You didn't know what kind of haircut you wanted. I asked you how did you want the back of your neck and your words were “ I don’t care, I can’t see back there!" My apologies on your experience but my experience wasn’t pleasant with you as well! I was respectful and didn’t give you any sign of frustration! Thank you for your feedback! It was greatly appreciated!
