She was rude and unprofessional. I’ve neverrrrr had such a terrible experience when it comes to professionalism and being spoken to in a respectful ma...nner. I honestly sat there uncomfortable. Prime example of “just because you can do hair, does not mean you should run a business”. As far as the work, one of the stitch braids came out funny Edit: I didn't thoroughly look because I was just ready to go. My experience was unpleasant, she was a rude and unprofessional person to me so I didn't wanna stay longer. I didn't see that one braid until I was in the car anyway. Plus if I needed something redone, I would have had to sit even longer with someone completely unprofessional & I preferred not to. I didn't care to go back and say I didn't like a braid because she would've done too much for me and made a slick comment. It was the rudeness and unprofessionalism that made me give 1 star! I only added the part about the one braid because i felt it necessary to also review the braids themselves. I am not going back & forth-- this is my experience with this braider and her etiquette. And I ignored your calls because there's nothing to talk about, I just wanna let other people know! Show more

I was not rude. You wanted to braid your own hair and I asked if I should proceed with the appointment and you agreed. If you were uncomfortable you would not have sat at the appointment. Furthermore if anything came out unsatisfactory I would’ve been happy to fix it but you said you “loved” your hair when you looked in the mirror before leaving. It’s not my fault you were scared to speak up
