Ren is such a talented barber, and our experience was AMAZING. My son is very ticklish, which made a challenging haircut. She made it fun for him, an...d at the end of his haircut, it looked so clean. The last time i sat in a barbershop was back in 2019 with my old barber. When he left the state, i would cut my own hair. I felt like that was it, BUT REN made me feel like i could trust her. Her work speaks volumes of talent, and i will return more often. Gracias Ren !!! What I love about Ren is her consistency and the way she takes her time. She couldā€™ve done your cut a hundred times, but her attention to detail makes... you feel like itā€™s the first time. You can tell that she is giving you her best and isnā€™t taking any shortcuts, even if she could and get away with itā€¦she doesnā€™t. Thatā€™s how professional and skilled she is! And I also have to note the importance of being a masc tomboi and feeling safe in the space and especially with Ren. The shop can easily fall into line like other shops and perpetuate toxicity and negativity, but thatā€™s what makes Crossfade different. You feel safe in the shop and in the chair! Oh and donā€™t be afraid to get creative and add some color in there or something, she gots you! Just book her already! Show more
