From the moment I sat down, he made me feel like a regular client. Jake is a down-to-earth guy who is easy to talk to. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I needed a cleanup. Jake did a fantastic job of asking questions and offered several options he thought would work well for me. He consistently checked in throughout the haircut to ensure I was happy with the progress, which I appreciated. I've been to Jake a few times now, and I consistently receive a great haircut along with an excellent overall experience.
