Julian is an outstanding barber. The portfolio doesn’t lie. The dude can cut hair. Just moved back to the DMV and need a barber. Most barbers can fade... but struggle with providing a good blending, depending on the texture and the thickness and length of your hair, but Julian is skilled and his up there with the best brothers to cut in MD.
