My daughter got horrible service on Saterday with Amy. Service was for acrilic fill was completed in 20 min. I got scheduled to fix it for today, but ...when i came, the owner started shouting at me that everything was good. And her nail tech Amy did her best. I asked for a copy of her license, and the owner started screaming that i am no one and she was not supposed to show it to me. She treated me with calling police and they will come over and throw me out from her shop. When i did agree on call police she changed that subject very quickly. I asked for a refund and got it after another 5 min of screaming in my face. Took my daughter to another salon, and they were very surprised how nails were done. Insted do acrilic fill Amy just laid layers of nail polish. Horrible service and very disrespectful owner to her clients. Will NOT recommend Top Nails salon to no one! Show more
