Small Knotless

I am updating my review. tried to message her after receiving my service but I haven’t received a response. I had a valid concern and was hoping tha...t we could come to a resolution before I updated my review. I waited for 4 days and still no response. She seems very kind and very knowledgeable about hair but I wanted knotless braids and got box braids. She confirmed that she could do this but when I removed the extensions from My hair I realized that the knots were small and the extension were attached as box braids. If there is another technique to knotless braids I would like to know and messaged her for clarification. If I wanted box braids I would recommend her service because the hair held up really well and I received a lot of compliments. However, I wanted knotless braids and I didn’t get what I paid for. Asked for a silk press. She did a nice blow dry but her hair looked puffy even as we were leaving and she just woke up and it literally looked like he...r hair wasn’t even done. I’m in shock. I have to do it myself now for her graduation. We Waited hour and 15 min for the appt! No exaggerating.. so disappointing first time we’ve had a bad experience with a hair dresser . Charged 90 RIDICULOUS. She may be good at other things but her last “silk press” was nothing like this . Show more
