He was over an hour late. I thought I bought one service and it wasn’t that service. I bought interior and carpet steam. But he didn’t clean the cup h...olders because “that’s the steam package.” I thought that was included in interior, a wipe down of everything. Also, the carpets weren’t vacuumed the best. Thanks for your feedback to our company. It is our duty to provide wonderful services to our clients. Pertaining to your review we contacted you to inform you that traffic was at a stand still due to a accident and we would we be arriving late and you stated it was fine. Also, we looked at your selection of your appointment which only includes car interior only , headlight restoration, floor mat cleaning. Car interior only includes vacuum, windows, vinyl shine, and fragrance. You didn’t buy the carpet steam please look back at the appointment confirmation. We offered for you to get the steam by the condition of the vehicle interior and stated it was fine because it was an older vehicle. You also had pet hair that you didn’t select which is a $75 addition fee and we waived the fee due to we arrived late due to the accident.

KT Mobile Services allowed for easy online booking and provided prompt responses to some inquiry questions I had. He was easy to talk to and thorough... in his explanations. I was able to book an appointment 3 days from when I went to book for a much needed cleaning. We rescheduled my initial appointment due to rain in the forecast because Keith wanted me to be able to enjoy my detail. He showed up for my appointment on time ready to go. He had everything he would need for the cleaning with him. After looking at the condition of my car, he recommended that I get the steam package to clean out the interior because well… kids. Keith then spent the next 3 hours detailing my car top to bottom, inside and out. The car now looks (and smells) like it did when I bought it two years ago! Show more

KT Enterprise Mobile did an amazing job on my suv. I had a recent car break in and had glass everywhere. I was really worried about the grands being i...n the truck and being hurt by glass shards. I chose the steam package and it was amazing. Not only did he find lots of glass that still needed to be cleaned out from hidden spaces under the seats they also found and cleaned glass from the vents under my seat. This after already having the truck vacuumed out multiple times. This is probably the cleanest my truck has been since I purchased it! Extremely pleased with this service. Show more
