I regret having to share this, but despite consistently excellent work by Bryant in the past, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last w...eek, the day before the fourth of July, Bryant cut my hair while under the influence, resulting in a bald spot at the back of my head and several cuts on my forehead from the razor. When I expressed my frustration, he shifted blame to me, claiming it was my fault for moving. His lack of empathy and refusal to take responsibility left me with no choice but to find a new barber. Trust is essential when it comes to my barber and Bryant's unprofessional behavior has shattered that trust permanently. Show more

Guess I should have read the reviews and learned from our first interaction. First time I scheduled cause his books were open my loctician was in the ...same building she let him know we were just upstairs he said he was leaving so if I wanted and it would be $50 instead of $20 for my 3yr old edge up. Spoke with him briefly a week ago he said his bad come in I booked a weeks ago! Drove 35 mins from Manvel he didn’t show didn’t respond to my messages. We are new in town and finding a barber was a challenge as is but this is unprofessional and frustrating for a single mom. Show more
