I would say my experience was a 4.1 my hair was done amazing the only thing that wasn’t great was the time. I originally was booked at 9:00 or 9:30 c...an’t quite remember but it got switched like right in the morning around 8 to 10:30. I arrived and nobody was still there she did message me on 4/22 that she be running even later she had a dentist appointment which was cool I sat outside about a extra 15 minutes then we got things popping and moving. I purchased a hair cut also the teeth of the clipper or the guard was set to low either way it was like diggin into my skin that left cuts and one side of my cut was even and the other side was crooked and pushed back other than that when it came to my hair it was a great experience!
