The issue was that the hair purchased was a low quality grade. It didn’t perform the results that was expected. The hair was synthetic so hairstyling options were minimum. Because the hair is fragile when using too much heat or manipulation it can cause damage. However I did offer to redo your installation at no charge. On the previous day before your appointment it was canceled on your end. You did reach out the next day stating that it was canceled by accident. Due to my schedule I couldn’t accommodate you because the appointment was no longer available. However, I did give you a list of my next available dates but the offer was rejected. I am sorry that your experience wasn’t great. Thank you for your response, as a business owner I am always looking for ways to improve. Thanks !!
