Horrible, lashes were Cheap.
Tech was very rough.
Glue is black & is visible.
The removal burnt my eyes.

I apologize that you feel my lashes are cheap but they are from that! Evey process of the removal I did I explained it to you and also advised to keep your eyes closed while the gel was applied. You showed me a picture of my own work where my client was wearing 18-20 lashes and you said that was fine. I always ask what my clients want unless I am told to freestyle. Once I finished you said they were to long and wanted shorther which required a removal and a new set that is why you were charged again. In the policoes you agreed to it also states THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN IF LASH TECH IS NOT AT FAULT, the issue with you wanting shorter lashes when it advised you of the length and you agreed is not my fault. You also have to remember you are paying for my TIME. I did not charge you for the two cleanings I had to do to your lashes. Now let's address my glue. My glue is not visible on your skin because number one it would burn and number two it dries CLEAR. Check your lashes as they begin to shed, the glue will NOT be black! I pride myself on customer service and my work and if there was an issue it could have been handled accordingly. But what I will not stand for is the slander. You have a great evening 😊
