Dear Maguette, we regret that as a small business we did not fulfill your expectations, you were in the salon more than expected because you arrived 35 minutes late to your appointment but however we took care of you with the best predisposition, we asked you more than once if you were satisfied and you said yes, I think that if there was a photo of before and after, it would be fairer, we do not have a Russian pedicure service, you made the appointment for a gel pedicure, took almost two hours for all the work that had to be done, but thank you very much for your review, it helps us to grow and continue working honestly.

Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just book the appointment! A|V Beauty Studio isn’t like any other salon. Their attention to detail is spot on and the ...experience they provide is on another level. I’ve been coming to Andrea (owner) for my nails since she opened and even after I moved a hour away, I continue to come back. If that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what does lol She is an angel on earth!! TBH, you can’t go wrong with picking any one of her staff. They are all so talented! I convinced my mom to make an appointment with Karina for a Russian manicure and she exceded my moms expectations.
