Wouldve like to be informed that I needed a soak off for this appointment. Instead of coming in and waiting 35 mins after my scheduled appointment and... getting told there wasn’t enough time. I would’ve made sure to schedule with anticipation because I have a busy schedule. Hasn’t been a week and I had to schedule a new appointment for my nails.
