Very happy with the haircut by Briana today! She is kind, well-informed, and someone I feel like I could be friends with. She helped me feel confident... before, during, and after the cut. I also usually dislike having my hair washed, but Briana cut some dead length before washing, and that helped make it so much more comfortable. As someone who has sensory issues and doesn't get my haircut often, this was the best haircut experience I've had. Also, shout out to her for working through this intense heat wave! Well worth the wait 💓
