They acted like I didn’t have an appointment when I most definitely did. Nobody was welcome etc I had never been here before. And then the girl who di...d my nails she was new she did as good a job she could but she got acrylic on my finger and it stuck the skin to my nail and caused an infection. I will never go back. Why does the LV have such horrible nail places. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Show more

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Used to go religiously to get fills for acrylic nails at the Phillipsburg, NJ location. I tried the Easton locati...on because it was closer to my new house. The nail tech, I’m assuming newer, ignored me when I told him that the tips he glued on are separating from my nails after he put the acrylic on. Ignored me when I tried to ask him to fix it because it is separating on over 4 of my nails. They barely got filed down once the acrylic was on so they r not flat, they are wavy, which ok that’s not a huge problem but, again I was ignored when I brought this up to the nail tech. When I went to leave, the man standing at the front asked me how it was and I showed him how the nails were lifting and he said they would file them. They filed my actual nails down thinking that would fix the issue and sent me on my way. There are still gaps between my actual nails and the tips and acrylics. Show more

I hope no one else has to feel how I felt while getting my nails done here. It's less about how the nails came out, overall they look good, but the o...verall service that was provided. It started when I first came in and said that I had an appointment at 10. The receptionist then asked me if I had an appointment. Making me feel unheard right from the get go. Then as I go back, before the nail tech was even there (late for my appointment), I was asked if I found a color. I expressed that I was thinking about getting a design, to which was responded with "well thats up to her" (the nail tech). It's not uncommon to want a design on your nails, that's pretty standard for a lot of those who get their nails done, and it has been a common theme here that they are not capable of doing even the most basic designs. Finally the nail tech arrives and starts my nails, as she is doing this her and coworkers are gossiping, including about another customer (Nancy) saying she complains too much and it takes too long to do her nails. clearly more concerned about how quick she can turn them over versus the quality of the nails. As she is doing my nails I tell her that one of my nails is lifting on the side to then get attitude of " do you want a fill or a full set???" I wanted my fill that I was in for, but I want them done right so bacteria doesnt form under my nails and they last. She also asked who did my nails last.... she did, and the ones before them. She then says that she will get to it and never does. I point out that one of my nails is filed crooked and again she says she'll get to it and never does. I felt completely unheard and disregarded, as if what I was expressing didn't matter. We push forward. At this point I have had to keep myself from crying multiple times as I am just disregarded over and over as she does my nails. Im constantly running my options in my head: "do I get up and leave with my nails half done? can I get a walk in somewhere else?" "do I throw a fit and be a karen and risk her stopping my nails half way through?" " Do I just let her finish and hope they come out okay?" Thats what I ended up doing as this was the only time I could get my nails done before leaving for vacation. So then we get to the polish. I was looking to get a brown gradient with each nail getting lighter/ darker. She did not give any insight, she did not help with deciding which colors would look best, despite knowing their collection best, she just seemed annoyed that I wanted anything but one solid color. She paints my nails, curing in between each layer up to the top coat. I notice that my left index seems to have waves in the polish from what looks like the nail not curing correctly. I point it out to her and she insists on putting the top coat on and that that will fix it. so she does as such for it to just cover the visible waves. At this point I put my foot down and she shaves the nail back down to redo it, blaming the light that she was using for that (if you know its an issue why don't you fix it?) So she redoes my nail, having to be reminded to put on the base coat before she started. The manicure comes out looking good on the surface but the experience was not worth it. I was left feeling unheard, disregarded, like a nuisance. None of the issues that I expressed were addressed. It lacked professionalism, it lacked expertise, it lacked good customer service. Oh and to top it all off? both my index's didn't cure properly, (polish too thick?) and they have wet polish moving underneath the top layer. Show more

Dont use their online booking system! I booked this appointment and it was never confirmed so I assumed the appointment wasn't available. A few minute...s after the scheduled time of the appointment, they confirmed it. How would I have known I had a real appointment AFTER the scheduled time? As a business, if you have a booking system online, you should know how to use it! I booked with another place and they instantly confirmed my appointment for next week. Won't try to use this place again. Show more

The salon is beautiful and the receptionist is amazingly pleasant. The gentleman who did my nails was very disrespectful and kept taking smoke breaks.... I was taken 20 min after my appointment and my dip/pedicure took over 2 hours. Less than 24 hours and my nails are already peeling. Show more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Time and time again I make a 10:00am appt. I get there 9:55. Nail technicians stroll in at 10:15. I wait anoyher 30 m...inutes. And 7 people are taken before me. This salon is wildly mismanaged with no respect for their repeat customers or patrons who have appointments. My daughter and I will be finding a new salon. I am beyond disgusted. Show more

Friendly, she did a nice job. Took great care in checking to see that the nails were same length and painted neatly. Only down side was it took longer... than scheduled. Also I was asked to come early, and I was only able to make it 12 minutes early, but then wasn’t taken until my scheduled time anyway. Show more

I scheduled an appointment in advance for 12/31 for 10 a.m. When I arrived 3 women walked in with me. One of which stated that she did not have an app...ointment. We were all seated in the Pedi chairs. 3 women began service when techs finally arrived while I sat there soaking my feet for over 40 minutes. This was the second time that this happened to me. I also needed my gel polish removed and nails trimmed due to upcoming surgery. The tech did my finger nails in the pedi chair, not at the nail table. Why I do not know. I really liked this salon. But they open at 10:00 and the techs don't start coming in until after. I was very dissappointed. Show more
