I have been a regular customer here for a few years now because I like how my nails turn out. However, I have told myself on multiple occasions that I... need to find a new salon due to the lack of professionalism. I use Booksy to make my appointments and 9 times out of 10 I have arrived to the salon to be told that my appointment wasn’t written down, they didn’t know what I was there for (even though the booking info is very specific), etc. Sometimes they would have a tech available to take me anyway, and other times I would be asked to wait while they called someone to come in on their day off which would leave me waiting for long periods of time. I’ve been patient (again, I do like how my nails have turned out) but today was the last straw. I again showed up with an appointment to be told that no one wrote it down and they would have to call someone to come in. I waited while they tried to find someone to come in before I decided enough was enough. I let them know that this has happened to me way too many times and I would be leaving to find a new salon to take my regular business. The receptionist did not even offer an apology which after years of business would have been the least she could have done. If you have a lot of time to sit around and wait there are techs here that do a nice job, but if you are a busy mom like me looking to squeeze some “me time” into your hectic schedule this is not the place for you. Left work early to make the appointment time waited 45 minutes apparently an employee had gone home earlier in t...he day because “business was slow “and when the desk clerk went to call him back in, he didn’t want to come in because he lived in New Jersey, I was given nail tech who is excellent but spent an hour and a half doing a fill and I couldn’t even get the French manicure I wanted because there wasn’t time.
