Don't go here! So expensive for horrible quality. She cut the whole side wall of my nail down which really hurt and exposed my nail bed. A huge no no.... Sloppy polish application. Was rude when I asked her to do things differently. Defenitly not coming back!! Show more

The whole experience was rushed and didn’t get any services I made the appointment for. I even showed the nail technician of the ‘extra’ services - ca...llus treatment, 10 min massage for both hands and feet. she nodded and agreed, but then didn’t do any of it. Honestly, missed opportunity for extra revenue or tips…I came here for relaxation and a little pampering and willing to pay for good service…honestly don’t think the value was there to add any tip at all, but I still did anyway. Was super rushed, I could feel how anxious mt nail tech was. The nails are SO thick they look terrible, i have one nail that is clearly crooked and w...hen i mentioned it I was told that is the shape of my finger LOL. I've had many gen x manicures and never did I have a diagnol nail. The spa pedicure was only 25 min with no massage. I would never go back here. Avoid avoid avoid. Show more

I waited almost half an hour for my appointment. There were 5 women who came after me and were waiting. One got service right away. Then another 3 who... came in and one got service right away. They seemed very understaffed and using way too many appointment booking apps, when I was there I used Booksy and I heard someone else used Class Pass to book. So it seemed as if they can’t keep up with all the appointments that are made. The actual appointment service was good, but not waiting. I really like the nail color they did on my toes. It would be fine if I didn’t have to wait so long. Show more
