Empire cuts is the best place for a haircut. I’ve gotten a different barber every time and every barber has been amazing. They all entertain and have conversations with my 5 year old as he’s getting a haircut. The atmosphere is amazing, at other plac...es I usually feel uncomfortable waiting but I have never felt more at home. The owner Matt is the sweetest guy you can meet and you can tell he cares about his customers and his business. I highly highly recommend this place!!
