Very unprofessional!!! I tend to be punctual in my appointments and I expect the same from a service provider. Barber Ritchie always makes me wait eve...ry time I arrive to my appointment, even though he's clearly not working on another customer, he's just sitting in his barber chair texting and laughing at whatever he's looking at. This for me is very disrespectful and unprofessional, not coming back to this barber. Clearly his phone is more important than customer service!!! Show more
