Even though I missed my original appointment and wasted this QUEEN’s time, s...he showed me nothing but kindness and understanding. She still allowed me to rebook, and I truly appreciate that—especially since I’m new to San Antonio with no family or friends out here. I let my mind get overwhelmed and completely forgot about the appointment, but my daughter needs this more than ever right now. So yes, I rebooked (with an additional fee, of course, because I take accountability for missing it), and I’m grateful for the second chance.
