I drove 30 minutes for this appointment and she was not available. After 20 min I got a reply stating she stepped out. This is obviously someone who d...oes not take her business seriously. She has complete disregard for people’s time. I actually was rushing to be on time at that. I would not recommend anyone book with her. There is very little care for customers and poor communication. I have been using booksy for a few years. The real professionals indicate on their page if a call or text is needed to confirm an appointment. They also do no allow appointments to automatically confirm. The profile should be set up in a way that is clear to the customers what needs to be done in order to have an appointment set up and confirmed. They do not wait for the customer to show up to the appointment, ignore calls and texts for 20 min then respond asking if they are in the area still. Then when they post their experience, advise 24hr notice is required. SMH. There is no professionalism and My experience with Rosely has been the worst so far. Very bad energy and I am extremely disappointed in the service. Show more

My apologies for the inconvenience but I never confirmed your last minute booking the app confirming automatically I understand that you drove to the location without receiving a response from me in order to see if I was open or available on Father’s Day. I finished my confirmed appointments not knowing about your last minute booking . I usually plan my appointments 24 hours in advance and I personally confirm our nail appointment I don’t work unplanned visits or walk-ins . asked if you were still in the area to go back and you kindly ended our conversation but again you’re very welcome to visit anytime with 24hours notice. I will not charge you for my service, I just want to make it right and make sure you’re happy with the outcome.
