I contact this stylist early this Morning because my son wasn’t feeling well,and can I reschedule. Her response was I’m sorry to hear that but it’s to...o late to reschedule. So When I ask about the deposit she tells me that’s it’s non refundable. So basically you took the deposit that’s mandatory for the appointment and didn’t try to accommodate me in anyway. I feel like I got robbed and I feel like she is very unprofessional. She want to reschedule the appointments when it’s convenient for her but don accommodate her regular clients. I will go to hershop again !! I don’t recommend no one! Show more

Good day Tiana! I’m sorry that you feel this way. The policy is listed, and has been in place for years. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or reschedule an appt within a couple of hours of the scheduled time. That is a time slot you reserved and no one else can book. I understand things happen, but give notice. It's sad to me, how we put so much energy into negativity and tearing one another down. But we don’t put that same energy into lifting one another up. You had a great first experience, and you didn't come here to document that. But because you disliked the rules in place that apply to all clients, you want to attempt to slander years of great service, hard work and dedication. That’s saddening. But I wish you guys well on your son’s journey. ❤️
