When it comes to my hair I do the most thorough research because I don’t allow just anyone in my head so for my first wig I came to Shy because all of... her work be A1. She doesn’t put filters on her work she gives raw and uncut. I knew she was the one to do my hair and I knew 100% she wouldn’t have me looking crazy or like I have a helmet on my lol. I wish I could give her less than 0 stars but unfortunately I had to put 1. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES. Keep in mind this was my hair time getting my hai...r done in years and decided to go to Shy to get my hair done Sep16th to get my for my bday on the 18th. I found her on IG I don’t know her personally. I saw her do an old co workers hair of my with a similar texture so I thought she could slay this my hair. I came in for sew in and a trim but she recommended a brainless install because my hair texture is fine. I’ve done my reach on the install so I let her do it, but I didn’t let her know what I knew to see how she would handle me. She didn’t end up trimming my hair which I’m grateful for after seeing my hair. She managed to do THE WORST INSTALL EVER. I didn’t see her use a comb 1 time, my hair is not parted she was extremely ruff as she crocheted my hair into beads and cut my wefts of my tracks without permission. She didn’t use any product on my natural hair as she installed it. She was extremely careless and lazy as hell. It looked cute but as soon as I went home MY HAIR WAS ALREADY COMING UNDONE as if she didn’t finish it. She put in these beads that served absolutely no purpose because nothing was connected to them. The beads started to slip out of my hair as I did my hair. Some were TOOOO tight and some were extremely loose. I had my sister take my hair down the day after my bday and Clearly you can tell she put no effort into my hair…. my hair is connected to different beads in my hair since she didn’t part it at all. I have red spots in my scalp from where she was too ruff with my hair some off my hair is falling out and no it’s not from regular shedding. This was terrible asss experience. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO TO SHY NOOOOO!! Runnnn! She clearly not too experienced or just decided to be careless with me. I was very kind to her and respectfully there was no reason for her to do me like this. Show more

Leaving a review is completely understandable love. But this review is giving a personal problem? I made sure I let you know which options of services you could get and what would be best for your texture. Which was a braidless install. You were down for it 100%. I have photos of me doing my job sufficiently. I do apologize that after your birthday you probably had good night and things got messy. Or maybe that didn't happen but, regardless hun you could have easily gave me a phone call and we could have easily resolved this but instead you block me from all platforms and leave me no room to even resolve this so like I said love this more of an personal problem. I serviced you excellent regardless of having 4 other clients before you. I put 110% into all of my clients and they know that and I think you do as well considering all the knowledge and tips I gave you on your hair 😊 you could bash me all you want love but all my clients love my customer service and mostly any install I do 💕 thanks and god bless. Also! These photos are after you took your hair down not the complete install 😊
