Took my 88 year old mother for a pedicure, she had been here a few times before and everything was fine. Yesterday my mother was cut on her right big ...toe, causing significant bleeding which would not stop - even after an hour and a half - and resulted in a trip to the emergency room, thinking she may need stitches. It still bled throughout the night. It seems to be finally clotting so hopefully she will be okay, she is a diabetic on blood thinners so I will have to keep a close eye for infection. This obviously wasn’t intentional. But it was very careless. And in top of it - despite the fact that the job was not even nearly completed - we were charged the full $30 and not knowing that it wasn’t finished, I was dumb enough to tip $5. To be charged for this is literally insult added to injury. If anyone from the store reads this - at a MINIMUM I deserve my money back. I spoke to someone named Theresa. She will remember me. Very disappointing experience I’ve had a lot of people tell me they’ve had a really good experiences here but I was disappointed at the fact that I co...uldn’t get the design I wanted because they didn’t like how long it would take. I understand they didn’t have the color nail polish, but they didn’t even want to attempt the design because it would run over I guess a certain time period than they wanted to spend on me, even if I was willing to pay for it, which I clearly was. they’re Instagram shows a bunch of nails with designs and intricate work. And the Lady told me that the only thing they would do is just a straight polish on my nails, (I even said what if I brought my own polish for the design and she said that she still wouldn’t do the design, even if I brought the right color ) so if that’s actually what their services are then they should change their social media because it’s a bit misleading. The lady who did my nails was very kind and she did a good job for what it was, nice place clean and sweet people. I was just disappointed that I was told I couldn’t get what I wanted because of the timeframe it would take. Show more
