Well today I was booked with Miss Star and that appointment was at 9am for a consultation. I arrived on time and was told by another worker from one o...f the suites that since it had been 10mins pass my appointment to call. I’ve called Miss Star 8 times NEVER got an answer it is now 1pm still no text from her communicating what could have happened with her not making to my appointment. I am very upset because I have never went through anything like this. Another worker name kiwi from one of the suites also tried contacting her still no answer. Hello and thank you.. as a professional stylist I contact all my appts prior to there appt to confirm there apots. Now I text you yesterday and this morning to confirm your appt. With no response. But looking at your number you put the wrong phone number in the booksy app and that's the number I was texting a 813.573,3012. So if the right communication info was put into booksy and I tried to contact you and u never got the message it's because of wrong information and looking at my miss calls u just called twice fron some 796 number which wasn't the number in booksy. But if u would like to make another appt I can accomodate that for you and I do apologize for any mix up on my end but I did try to reach out since yesterday. Thanks again

I came to Salon Pressed and saw stylist Star! She did a natural hair consultation with me and then I received a shampoo, deep condition, blow dry and ...trim service. She explained everything she was doing with my hair. She shared the amount of hair needed to be trimmed to remove damaged ends. She was highly professional and the shop was very calming and peaceful! Star takes time with you and it is so encouraging to see there are stylist who still care about you having HEAlthy Hair!!!
