What a horrible experience. My son had an appointment at 1:30 today. My girlfriend took him and arrived around 1:25. One of the barbers asked if they ...had an appointment, they said yes. So the barber went to go called Armando and told him they were there waiting for him. He came back and told them, alright I let him know you guys are here, he’ll be out right now. They waited 25 minutes!!! And he STILL didn’t come out from the back. So my son and girlfriend just left. So disappointed cuz this has never happened there before. Show more
