I recently had a Glo2Facial and my skin feels amazing! It's so plump and dewy, I just love how healthy it looks. Nicole, is a total gem! She made the... whole experience so relaxing – it was the perfect opportunity to unwind and let my skin be pampered. But what I really appreciate is how Nicole goes the extra mile. She took the time to assess my skin and realized it actually needed more hydration than the anti aging facial i usually get targets. Based on that, she recommended to do the Glo2facial instead that would be more beneficial. That kind of personalized care makes a huge difference! I booked a makeup service here for my 30th birthday celebration. I didn’t know about any of the individual makeup artists so I chose a time that worke...d for me and got assigned to Alex. I arrived at my apt time (2:45-2:50). I was told to sit while she finished. I got led to the back after 3 pm and sat in Alex’s chair at exactly 3:15 pm. Told her I wanted a red lip color that matched my skin tone. The first iteration was horrible and as it was now 4 pm, I was in a rush to leave. I asked for a nude color to keep things simple. She put on an orange nude color. I am a dark skinned black woman. Needless to say, that did not work either. I had assumed since my apt was from 2:45 to 3:45, I’d be out by that time. So at this point, I did not have time to figure out a third option since we were already running behind. Idk what resolution I expected in the moment but Alex was more concerned with making sure I paid for her time even though it was evident I was not at all happy with the service. Really unfortunate. Hi Ropa, we are sorry to know that you left unsatisfied. In the June Makeup special description we have all of our artists names listed. When you arrived at your appointment (2:50p), you were told to have a seat in the waiting area while Alex put the finishing touches on her previous client. Yes it was 3p when you were brought back to the makeup suite where another artist begin to prep your skin before Alex started your makeup. The skin prep took some time (this process is to ensure that your makeup will last all evening since you have oily skin). We learned that it was your birthday & were ready to create a memorable experience for you. You mentioned that you liked our vibe :) As you got your makeup done the desired makeup look was a red lip. As a makeup artist we may not get it exactly how you want it the first time, which is ok, we are human. When Alex asked if you wanted her to change your lip a third time you declined. Again when we learned that you were not pleased with the outcome we offered to fix the problem but you stormed out. We are a friendly group and aim to satisfy our customers.
