First I want to say her braids are good. But she lacks professionalism and basic hair care. For me I feel like anyone that does any type of hair servi...ce should know how to do hair. She was using a rubber band instead of clips or at least a scrunchie, combing from the root to the tips (and I have thick hair), parting like my head was a doll and not human. My head was screaming. I also have a white cast from the gel on some of my parts. I won’t get into the professionalism but it’s a 2/10 Show more
