Good evening Lauren, i just received your review. Thank you for reaching out, and I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that you had a 4:15 appointment, you guys were running 10 minutes late and I didn’t know because I wasn’t given a heads up, so I took another client in his reserved time slot. You have several no shows/ cancellations. As for an apology, I stated I’m sorry, I lost track of time. If I’ve ever had to cancel on you or reschedule in the past through 22 visits I have given him a haircut on the house. I’ve never had an issue with you nor your mother when you bring London, even through the late arrivals or last minute cancellations. Sunday March 5th, was a busy day for me, I cut 15 heads to be exact. If you’re 10 minutes late to an appointment in any barbershop would warrant a late penalty and/or a loss of desired appointment slot. For future references if you’re not in the shop where your barber can see you, it’s the same as not being present, especially when we have 30 clients and 6 barbers available on a Sunday. If you’re in the parking lot waiting for your turn, more than likely you will be skipped or miss your appointment. This isn’t a customer service issue, this is a late client issue that would normally be a no call/ no show with any other barber in Texas, Respectfully
