I booked and ended up changing the times to where it said the barber needed to approve the appointment both times, I received the confirmation, got to... the door, only to receive a text saying they weren’t there and was unaware of an appointment… a bit confusing since it told me the barber had to confirm every appointment I made… inconvenienced me A LOT, but nothing can be done about that.
