I was excited to try this place. I made an appointment at 7:30 PM. I arrived at 7:20, because I like to be punctual. There was a customer already pr...esent. The barber acknowledged me. The barber was cutting the customer's hair for a while, just chatting away the two of them, which is normal, but with a customer waiting past his appointment time, I thought the barber would be more focused on speed. I don't know what's customary, but that's how I would've expected it. I waited until 7:50ish, while they were still chatting away, and I didn't know how close to done they were. But, I don't like to wait 20 minutes, with no explanation and care. I'd at least let the customer know proactively how much time they're expected to wait, cut the chatter, and focus on the haircut and be communicative. Oh well, I don't know what's customary these days, I don't go to barber shops often, more towards hair salons. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but definitely don't want to go back. Show more
