I recently got kinky twists done here, and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. I want to share my thoughts constructively to help o...thers make an informed decision. First, I requested a middle part, but it was noticeably off-center. The parts overall were uneven and lacked the neatness I expected, especially for the premium price I paid. If I'm going to invest in a premium service, I expect premium results—clean, precise parts at the very least. The pricing system also left me feeling a bit scammed. While I understand the booking site indicates prices may increase with a "+," I contacted them beforehand to inquire about the service. This was an opportunity for them to inform me of any price adjustments, but instead, I was told I didn’t have enough hair—which turned out not to be true, as I was sent back with two unused packs. The real surprise came at the end when the price increased by almost 50%. This unexpected hike after the service was done felt dishonest and left me very upset. The location was the main reason I gave this shop a second chance. While their customer service is efficient and the staff are polite, it's disappointing to walk out unhappy with the hairstyle, especially twice. Politeness doesn't fix a hairstyle that you're stuck with for weeks. I highly recommend exploring other braiding shops in the area. You may find better quality and transparency for your money elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as this experience has solidified my decision to look elsewhere for future styling needs.
