She arrived to my hotel room early to give herself time to set up without it interfering with my session time. She walked me through each step of the process so I was aware and comfortable with the experience (I hadn't had a facial in years). There were no signs as the house an...d no phone number provided after booking so i couldn't reach her. I left a note asking her to call me back. She agreed over the phone to refund me. I also gave her the option to book another service and to be credited. Instead she chose to just take my money... and give me nothing. I tried to call no answer. I am a single mom with two special needs kids and wanted mobile service as advertised but it was a different story once appt day rolled around. Don’t book here for mobile services it’s a scam. I wish no stars was an option but I can’t post my review without selecting at least one. Show more
