I’ve only been in Charlotte for only a year, so I’m still kinda new to the area. Yesterday I needed a cut at the spare of the moment and didn’t have a... Barber. Toya was the first person I saw on Booksy, saw I thought I’d swing by for a a cut. To make a long story short, my line was nothing shy of a rice crispy treat. She was on time, very professional, and just an overall chill person. Not to mention she got me right in as little as 35 min I’m being honesty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! I’m definitely coming back for another cut in a week or so fasho. I appreciate your services. Show more

I would give no stars if I could, I drove 30 minutes away not including traffic and the app sent me to a different address than what it was. So I was ...already 20 minutes behind from my arrival time and as a barber if your customer doesn’t show up you can make a courtesy call to see what’s the hold up but she didn’t say anything or text me to let me know anything. I got there and she’s not even here if I would’ve known this I wouldn’t have drove 50 minutes losing gas and money with no haircut. Bad customer service and now I’m out of $25 with no cut saying it’s non refundable but that’s why you communicate with your customers. Never again! Show more

And thats why a 10 minute period is in place you did not call or let me know u was gone be a whole 30 minutes late your appointment was at 630 and u show up at 7 its not my job to call you we close at 7 i waited to 650 no call no show if u ask me… and my deposit is non refundable sorry sir.. bad customers service no you are a bad communicator
