Visiting from out of town and booked my appointment for noon. Walked in and was told he would be in 12:30. Its now 12:40, no show, no communication.... Walked out. Of course hes going to rebuttle back with "I tried to contact you and my information was incorrect." Litterally had someone go to the parking lot askng me to stop as I drove off. My time is valuable and accustom to professionalism.. I was able to book with a professional reliable barber in your shops parking lot. Edit* this is a prime example of people not owning up to a mistake.. He rather go back and forth instead of apologizing and moving forward. He was late, I accommodated his schedule, waited and he was late again. He wasn't too concerned with keeping me waiting for over 40 minutes. He's more concerned and put more energy into the review I gave him. For someone not concerned about this review, you sure put a lot of energy going back and forth. Show more
