My brows came out ok. The problem I had was that I was supposed to be charged 85.50 because of the 9.50 discount but was charged the regular price! ...I even have screenshot of what I was supposed to be charged. Show more

Gladys always does such great work with my eyebrows, this was my 2nd time coming to her for a lamination and i love how she transforms my brows. with ...that being said, i do think she could work on her punctuality to appointments. she was late the first time i came to see her, i excused that because it happens but with my most recent appointment, she arrived at the time the appointment was supposed to begin and then she forgot her keys to her suite so i had to wait an hour in the parking lot which i agreed to because i came from so far and i didn’t wanna waste my gas just to reschedule, she then offered to give a discount which was sweet but it was only $5 which didn’t exactly match up to the amount of time i had waited. i love the work that she does but i won’t be visiting again because of this Show more

Gladys has an eye for perfect brows, and i definitely left with eye brows that were amazing. However, i go back and forth about sharing my experience... but decided to given my eye brow lamiantion only last 2 weeks and my tint a few days (i was told tint lasts 3 weeks and lami lasts 6)... So my appointment was made at 10am, gladyss changed it to 1045. I didnt mind but then the morning of i got a text saying its at 10am. Okay so i rush to get there and the booksy app took me to the wrong location. She was running late which worked in my favor due to the time change morning of and the app taking me to the wrong address. So we arrived and she was friendly but at the end of the service when i went to pay, her chase chip reader charged my debit card 4 times. She did not see the payment on her end though i was now negative because of being charged $179 four times. So she attempted to call the bank and eventually had her boyfriend zelle me money but asked me to wait in the lobby so she can take her next client. After waiting more than an hour i left and texted her my frustrations because who likes to be negative that much money... hours later i finally got my refund via zelle... and it was a hassle that trickled into the next few days. I was asked to show screen shots of my bank and wells fargo doesnt allow that and she insisted it did... then i wrote a previous review in which she texted me that she did not appreciate so i changed it because my intentions are not to harm anyone trying to build their business. I went back on to her instagram page to see if others have the same issues of their brow lamination not holding up and i saw i was blocked. I support small businesses but felt this was so unprofessional. Show more

Hi Rachel. About my card reader incident, since it was my very first time ever experiencing a huge error with a card reader I thought I handled the situation the best I could. I explained every detail about what happened and kept you in the loop. I refunded you the money within 30 min from my personal money just so you could leave happy if not ok for the error my card reader did. YES, After the fact we handled the situation then you decided to leave a bad review and said "you were not coming back for services" so I blocked you. Any business has the right to refuse service to any client. So unfortunately, you got blocked. About your service, your eyebrows needed a lot of work from the start. Lamination lasts up to 6-8 weeks. Its not going to look perfect after 2 weeks. Its a chemical perm so the perm starts to wear off after 2 weeks. Your eyebrows were very sparse which I explained to you that the tint would not last because of sparseness. Again, I apologize for the experience you had.
