I got there at my scheduled time and she was already doing someone else's hair( 45 minutes lost). Then when she attempted to start on my head, she sai...d she couldn't catch the sides to braid. I'm growing out my sides. Had to wait on a braider from the same salon to get finished with her client (30 minutes lost). When she finally started on my head, she rushed through it. If my sides too short to catch, then say that. Don't take my money. I could have left!!! She hurried in my hair to wear I now have to wear a hair band to cover my sides because it's loose from the braids now. I was 30 minutes late for work fooling with her unpreparedness. Show more
