Update: After I left my review on the app, the groomer reached out to me via text, which I appreciated. We discussed what happened and worked through ...some of the issues. However, despite our conversation, he went on Facebook and made a post criticizing me. I never engaged with Facebook. I was even willing to update or change my review, as I realized I was mistaken about some details regarding my pet being matted. But seeing the owner post about me on Facebook after reaching out privately left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed. As a professional groomer, I expected a more constructive approach. First, We booked the appt online for the Pearl location on Monday. I took off an hour to take my pup, that location is not open on Mondays. I rescheduled and got a friend to run him up there. I have a Bernedoodle. They said his hair was matted and had to buzz him. All of him. He was not. That was a big surprise when I picked him up. They also knicked his underbelly with the buzzer. Hey! Why would I lie about your dog being matted ? And would you please send me pictures where he was knicked. Tyler typed this number in his phone and didn’t even know who this was. Im sorry you didn’t read where it clearly say Monday is for Morton only it’s been like that since I’ve open.

I recently took my German Shepherd, Axel, to here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Axel can be a handful due to his size and coat, ...but Bjorn and Carmen handled him with such care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they truly love animals and have a special way of making even the most anxious dogs feel comfortable. Axel came out looking fantastic—his coat was beautifully cleaned and he smelled amazing! The attention to detail was incredible, especially with a double-coated breed like Axel. What really stood out to me was how relaxed and happy Axel was when I picked him up. The entire experience stress-free for both of us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond. Axel will definitely be coming back for regular grooming! Five stars all the way! Show more

Yall! You can tell BJorn absolutely loves his job. This was my first time ever at a groomer. When we walked in all the dogs waiting to be picked up we...re wagging their tails, so happy, and soooo cute!! My dog had never been professionally groomed before so she was a little matted. BJorn took his time and did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and book with him. Drop your dog off, and go treat yourself to a pedicure! My experience here was great! I had no idea that my dog had anxiety and they were so professional enough to do all they could and recommend ways to he...lp him in the future. My appointment didn’t take long at all and everything was done exactly like asked! I would recommend. I believe my dog will love it more when his anxiety level goes down a bit.
