Terrible service wasn’t satisfied with my cut rushed out of the chair. Bad communication and customer service. Dirty tools and unprepared. Lost my bus...iness. Had issues in the past but tried my best to stick with it, that’s over I’ll never be back!

I’m starting this off by saying the haircuts are good but the last 2 times I’ve went to JB my scalp has broken out - I am unsure if he is cleaning his... clippers after each client. Also, the last 3 times I’ve booked with him, he was over 30 to 40 mins late. If I book an appointment, it’s because it works for my schedule. Not for me to sit at the barbershop for 2 hours.
