I am extremely dissatisfied at the service I received. I asked for a specific cut for my Morkie dog and the woman that cut her, cut off all her face a...nd ear hair. My dog has never had her hair cut this way, ever! And I would never ask for such a cut because I love my baby’s hair long. I specifically ask that her ear hair be kept long and face to be just trimmed. The woman that cut her, cut her ears bald. She gave me no reasonable explanation why she did the opposite of what I asked. Nor did she offer an apology or a discount. I’ve gone to several groomers over the years and never experienced such disrespect. None of the groomers that I’ve been to did this to my dog. I reluctantly paid the bill and I also tipped against my better judgment because I respect black owned businesses. I too am a black business owner and understand what it takes to run a business. But I will not return to this shop-again and would not in good conscience give a positive recommendation to anyone to use their services based on my first time experience. I hope this never happens to anyone else who patronizes this business. The photos that I attached are photos of my dog after she was groomed at this establishment and what she typically looks like after being groomed at my regular groomer. I give every groomer I go to the same instructions about how I would like my dog to be groomed, and this woman did what she wanted to do rather than what I asked her to do. Also, below, I added a photo of the original booking that included my request for how I wanted my dog groomed, and I also was specific when I spoke to her in person. Show more

So my little Bella needed grooming badly. I dropped her off and picked her up two hours later. When I picked her up I laughed with delight. I was so p...leased to see the transformation that she received. The groomer (I forgot her name) did an excellent job. Her ears were trimmed so cute and her tail had a cute bushy end. Since Bella was very matted the groomer had to cut her low. I loved her new look. I will definitely be going back for her next grooming. Show more

Go somewhere else. The original groomers were good. The lady they have now has a terrible attitiude and just a miserable person to be around. Last t...ime made an appointment at 10 am and nobody was there. The woman was rude in her conversations with me. I gave a three star because the grooming was decent, but her lack of customer service turned me off and I will not be returning. Show more

Very unprofessional and unorganized I book an appointment in may for 10 in the morning I got there the shop was closed down I sat in my car for a hour... in hopes that they were jus getting a late start on things meanwhile I’m calling all the numbers they have on their site, someone finally reach out to me hours later saying he told “the lady he didn’t know why she wasn’t there , fast forward to oct 16 booked again just to show up and the shop is closed once again & once again I called all the numbers they have on google and on their shop no answer until hours later saying the groomer caught her menstrual cycle and had call every appointment for that day to cancel “but not me “ we then rescheduled for today oct 22nd , just for me to get there and get turned away because my pup was “to mated “ when I clearly booked for matted service , and being the fact that this was prolonged because of them & then the lady had a attitude on top of alll that wouldn’t recommend Show more

Amazing Triny is very knowledgeable I took my 5 month old poodle for a full service which included cut and she was very informative and made me aware ...of proper grooming for my poodle even though service would mean half of what I originally booked for. My Ashley tends to be nervous around strangers and was very calm upon leaving her and pick up smelled wonderful felt and looked amazing. Found my new and permanent place highly recommended. Show more

I was honestly skeptical about this place because I had my appointment ay 1:15 and i was a few minutes late but the lady told me that i was too late a...nd that I had to be waitlisted. My poor baby was done by 6 pm! Imagine my frustration waiting hours for my baby!!! I was very upset. However, my baby did have an excellent hair and smelled super great. I’m still upset about being waitlisted. I prefer keeping my baby waiting outside until it’s his turn than leaving him there for hours. Show more
